YouNique Academy is a school year journey where young women in grades 6th-12th develop positive critical thinking habits and self-reflection. The program focuses on personal growth and discovery through mentorship, workshops, and group discussions. Participants also have the opportunity to attend field trips, visit college campuses, and network with influential women in their respective fields. Mentees join the academy by application or referral by a school, parent, or social agency.
