The Village Anderson
After many years in social services and over 15 years as a youth pastor, Louis Jackson III and his wife, Nikhea Jackson, founded Redefined Life, Inc.—known as The Village Anderson—on February 27, 2020. Facing today’s challenges requires problem-solvers with fresh perspectives and a willingness to take risks. The Village Anderson was born from a desire to inspire and uplift the youth and families in their community, with a commitment to making a tangible impact. At the height of the global pandemic, when much of the world had come to a standstill, Louis and Antonio Quinones took a bold step forward, moving into The Village's first office space on Anderson University’s campus in May 2020. On September 12, 2020, The Village officially launched its signature mentoring program, starting with eight young men and their families.

Today, The Village is a flourishing mentoring organization dedicated to revitalizing the essential practice of mentorship as a powerful tool for advancing social equity. Through its signature mentoring academies, along with a variety of impactful programs and community events, The Village is uniting families and communities around a shared mission of growth and empowerment.
