Our program is dedicated to helping young people grow through consistent relationships, life skills, and positive community connection. We provide a safe, supportive environment where youth and families can feel seen, supported, and empowered. We are located at 2629 Lindberg Rd. in Anderson, Indiana.

Village H.U.T.S are a transformative leadership and personal development program designed to help youth in grades 6–12 discover who they are and who they are becoming. Each HUTS group consists of 3 adult mentors and up to 12 youth. This small group structure allows for authentic connections, relational discipleship, and safe spaces where youth can grow into the best version of themselves. The HUTS program develops mentees into positive community shareholders. Through group mentoring and experiences, HUTS gives students the tools to become agents of change in their homes, schools, churches, and neighborhoods.

Our Monthly Parent Enrichment gatherings are designed to encourage, equip, and support parents and guardians as they raise and lead their families. Each month, we create a welcoming space for parents to connect, learn, and grow through real conversations, practical tools, and community resources.

Local Advisory committee
The Local Village Alliance Committee is a team of community leaders, partners, and supporters who help strengthen and expand the mission of The Village in our city. This committee works alongside Village leadership to build relationships, create opportunities for youth and families, and connect local resources that help our mentoring program thrive.
